The Crew Construction was tasked in completing a new tenant build-out of a Dunkin Donuts in a brand-new building located in Superior, WI. The project was unique and challenging in working with a ground-up building, managed by the landlord team, while completing this build-out. Together, TCC, the construction team, and Dunkin partners completed a beautiful new space for everyone to enjoy some fresh donuts and coffee for the new year.
