Emily joined The Crew Facility Maintenance in 2022 as a Project Engineer for the HVAC Division, bringing two and a half years of HVAC service and managerial experience to the company. Emily predominately works with our HVAC construction installation teams, helping assist project management and field staff on a wide variety of projects from start to finish. Her acute attention to detail and superior organization skills have a tremendous positive impact on her work. Outside of work, Emily enjoys local car shows and spending quality time with her husband and son, combining her passion for craftmanship and amity as reflected in her work.

Beginning as a sheet metal installer, Jason has nearly 30 years of experience in the field, climbing the ranks throughout his career. He joined The Crew in 2019, successfully leading a wide range of projects—from plan-spec to design-build scopes across different areas of the trade. Jason enjoys mechanical projects in retail, office and multi-family areas where he can apply his expertise to create comfortable and energy-efficient spaces for others to enjoy. When Jason isn’t busy in the office or the field, you can find him cheering on his kids at sporting events or relaxing with family on vacation.

Phil has more than 15 years of experience in the mechanical field, starting his journey as a sheet metal installer and progressing ever since. He joined The Crew in 2021. Phil has a passion for commercial restaurant and retail space projects. He’s traveled all over the country to deliver various mechanical projects of different sizes. Phil is also a mentor and leader of The Crew’s Safety Program. When he’s not at work, Phil enjoys spending time at the cabin with his family and two newfoundlands, Annabelle and Buddy.

Evan joined The Crew in 2024 as the company’s Plumbing Manager and Master Plumber of Record. Evan is a highly skilled and experienced master plumber with a passion for delivering top-notch services. With his 18 years of trades experience from carpentry to excavating, his journey led him to discover his passion for plumbing and sewer after college. Evan’s attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards. Evan’s specialties include commercial structures, dining establishments and multi-unit residential buildings. Whether it’s fixing leaks or tackling big projects, Evan’s professionalism, reliability and problem-solving abilities make him a valuable asset to any project. Outside of work, Evan enjoys hunting and fishing adventures, creating lasting memories with his wife Katy and three children- two boys and a baby girl.

Jake joined The Crew in 2024 as a Project Engineer in our building services division. Jake brings over 24 years of trade industry experience in both commercial work and high-end residential finish work to the team. He loves seeing projects come together from start to finish and have the client completely satisfied with a smile on their face. Outside of work Jake enjoys the outdoors, volunteering and spending time with his three children.

Josh joined TCFM as a Project Manager in 2025 with more than 15 years in the general construction industry, he has built a career grounded in hands-on experience and the guidance of several influential mentors. Early on, he honed his craft by taking on full kitchen and bathroom remodels, window replacements, and all phases of carpentry-from framing to tile work-while running his own projects independently. Over the past five years, he has transitioned into project management, where he’s found his passion for guiding a job from concept to completion. He’s not one to stay behind a desk, either-he enjoys jumping in on-site, sharing knowledge, and helping team members learn new trades. Outside of work, Josh enjoys a full and active life with his daughter, who is currently in college, and his two Labrador retrievers. Weekends often find him camping, boating, or exploring trails on the side-by-side.
