TCFM began in a single office in Savage, MN, as company that provided light maintenance services for commercial clients after larger general construction projects were complete. Time and again we heard that clients experienced issues or gaps in resources after a general construction project was done—this is where we stepped in. At our onset, TCFM filled those gaps and provided long-term property care in customized formats. Doing so created a unique resource for building owners, property managers and tenants alike.
Over the years, TCFM’s services expanded to offer additional, in-depth maintenance services as an ongoing resource partner to commercial clients. As we have grown — both in office space and services — we have continued to add services to benefit our clients’ bottom lines. We employ many in-house professionals in the carpentry, electrical and HVAC industries to keep projects in scope, on time, and in budget.
The Crew Construction

TCC was formed in 2022 as a sister company of TCFM with a focus on smaller commercial general contracting projects. In this vein, we continue to diversify services under The Crew Companies umbrella with tenant build-out projects, ground-up construction and smaller format public works projects.
